"The King Of The Rock" is "The King Of Value" . We invite all racers to come out and be apart of a great racing series. The absolute best competition in the region, most everyone has competed at "The Rock" . If you can answer these ten question you may be "Fit To Be Called King"!
Do you have what it takes?
Can you make the field of 40 to 50 karts?
Can you race your way to the front in a twenty five kart race?
Do you have the courage to get around this track in under 12 seconds?
Can you survive all challengers?
Can you keep your cool?
Do you have the chassis?
Do you have the engine?
Do you have the tires?
Are you the next "King Of The Rock" or "Jr King Of The Rock"
Stay Tuned !!!

I think what you are doing Brian is a nice gesture but i think the biggest problem with the parents is the line up the kids having to wait so long to race why not let them qualify last then when you invert the field their mains would be at the front of the line up. Just an idea..We love racing hanging rock and will be there either way.Thank you.Just throwing out some suggestions alot of us parents have talked about.

I would have to agree with team 98. The kids play all day & they are very tired the later it gets. The younger they are the earlier they should race.

That will be up to Brian, I have suggested that but he say's you need the JR classes to break the waiting time for adult classes. I leave all the lineup issues to Brian. Maybe he can find a happy medium. I also am in favor of only qualifying once for the JR classes.

Appreciate it - we run both Jr 1 classes - we haven't had much to offer there but my son loves the condition of the track - see you March 31st.

my suggestion is after you receive the total of entries and determine weather or nor you need to run twp mains. even in one ans odd in other based on qualifing other wise someone is going to get hurt with the crazy driving by alot of people.

Good suggestion ,however it would be hard to fund the additional classes with the deal we have here. If you increase entry cost then entries will fall and no need to run 2 classes because you will only have enough for 1.
You see it is all a lose gain situation . Sometimes the simplest solutions are not simple when it comes to controlling cost to the racer. Any time you add classes you will need to fund them, our program already takes out of the gate to fund some of the payout.
Adding additional classes cost more. I also know to try to combat that you could divide payout into 2 classes. The problem with that is $500 to win for $25 is not as appealing as $1000 to win for $25.
Paying the same money and having a big drop will also be a problem in funding it.
You see it is a big gamble to put this kind of payouts at this low of cost which allows some to compete who otherwise could not afford to race for $1000. To qualify for this race is difficult to say the least , we hope no one gets hurt in any race, but the risk are the same rather it is 20 karts or 10 karts.
We will look at all angles in order to provide a race series which is competitive but also affordable.
We are alway's looking at safety and if the drivers can not clean it up on the track , starting next race the black flag will fall early and often. If we pull your number for rough driving and you argue the call you will be suspended no questions asked.
We have only started 24 karts in any race , and with better driving on the track it should be no problem.

We will not allow the new tire this race but the next one ..it has been out a week or so but many have not had the opportunity to buy the tire ...So for this race our plans are to use what you have and then implement the new tire for the 4th race in April ..Thanks, Brian

This place would be an AWESOME place to race if you didn't dragg your feet ALL DAY, there's no way it should take 12 or more hours to qualify and race...Just sayin... I know at Southern Pride Jason runs anywhere from 14 - 16 classes on Friday night, and heat races to qualify , and it don't take but 6-8 hrs, and 8 hours including going through tech!! It's your track, ut if this time issue persists it WILL drive away some karters.... I know I won't be back. Just too tired to race anywhere else the next day after coming to you facility. JMO

Dustin the gates will open @ 9 and practice @ 11. Now to your comments Joe.
You almost had me to lose my cool but , with edit I can start over. Instead of focusing on your negativity I will instead focus on the things we do right. We will improve on our time and when we do it will be even better for our racers.
** We are the only track to let JR racers in the gate for free.
** We are the only track that offers JR racers a class for free
** We are the only track you can race 11 classes for $50
** We are the only track that allows you to race 3 classes for $25 and pay guaranteed $1000 to win one of them.
** We are the only track that allows FH racers 2 classes for $25
** We are the only track that allows EL races 2 classes for $25
** We are the only track 12 and under free
** We are the only track seniors start at age 55
** We are the only track that can not race past 12AM , all others have on occasion.
** We are the only track that guarantees payouts at each race in all the classes so you know what you are racing for before you get to the track.
Take a close look at this and compare any track to what we do and if we do not measure up ,let us know and we will work hard to improve in that area. We are cutting your cost in every area we can and in the future we will do even more.
I am sorry your experience was so bad that you had to run us into the ground for whatever gain you think you may accomplish. We will get better at what we do because our customers are first. I do not know your shortcoming's but I hope you hold yourself to the same standards you hold us too.

I didn't run you into the ground man, maybe you should eat a xanax, and listen to some constructive criticism. My only complaint was the way yall drag your feet. Let all the Jr racers in for free, race for free, whatever ya want to do, but you keep draggin around, and people will stop coming. I was there for the first race, and the last one... #'s speak for themselves. I seen the drop-off, and it didn't affect my pocket, so you just keep bein arrogant if ya want, just a suggestion to help your track, cause other that this ONE issue, badass place to race!!!
